Setting machine origin to the upper left or right of a nest

How can I change the machine setup to have the nest origin be the upper left, right, or other point by default? I'm having to manually select the point currently:

I'd like that point and orientation to be the default for the machine every time, because it is.

How do I do that?

Here is what it defaults to when creating a new setup normally:

It does not appear that this is possible when you "Create Setup from Manufacturing Model". I'll have a chat with the respective development team to see if this is intentional or an oversight..

It's a massive pain as I'm having to create a lot of nests every week. A mis-click means a crash or a broken tool and while I do double check myself, last I checked, squishy humans are still the weak link in these processes. The fewer opportunities I have to make a mistake, the better.

I've tried setting the user defined options on the setup as well, but that didn't work either.

Any word back on this? I'm open to work arounds or anything else to make it behave.

There is currently no way to set a default location, you are going to need to select the Stock Box origin that you wish to use.

Well, that's disappointing.

jumping in on here, I have created myself an addin that does just that, amongst other things. It also selects the bodies, instead of the automatic nest selection, because it is more helpful doing pocket milling later on. I am not much of a professional developer, as this is my first python job, but I just wanted to let you know it is possible with scripts.
