Hey created a simple milling program for my 250 quick turn machine lathe but seem to be having issues getting the iso program I post to go to the right place

I have normally posted out  fine for the main spindle but this time posting for the sub-spindle in the post details, I have set it as shown

but get this show on the post when it creates the .eia seems it asking me to input data in the #150=0 and  #501=0 shown below what data do I put in the #150 and #501 to get it to the machine in the right place?

I have also output in ISO but the question I have on that part I still have to have the work datum on the front of the job like this

or the z-axis faces another way as when the mazak transfer I part the work datum is on the front of the part  on the main spindle but in the sub-spindle when transferred over the datum is still on the front part like this (below) but inside the chuck  that how I understand the mazak transfer process but how do I set up the part in fusion on the sub-spindle do I follow the same rule of do I have it like the  first picture where the z-axis pointing to the left  (to main spindle )

Any help for Turner who uses Fusion 360 and Mazak lathe be very helpful
