Set up 2 WCS from same point

I am working on a horizontal with a tombstone. 2 parts on each side. 4 sides.  WCS is the center of the two parts on each side. I need to set up 2 of the sides where the top part and bottom part have different WCS but using the same point. example 

top part needs to be G56 and bottom part needs to be G110. How would I do this?

If you throw the part 2 toolpaths into a New Folder, you can Edit the folder to use another WCS
