Sequence numbers only at tool change.

I would like to have my post output sequence numbers only at the tool change. The current configuration only outputs at every line or not at all. How can I change it to allow every line, only at tool change, & disabled? I've attached the cps file. Thank you.

The current Fanuc post does have this option to output sequence number on tool change  

I think your post is very similar to the latest one you can compare and make the changes necessary to your post.
