Selecting multiple pockets

I have to mill 240 rectangular pockets and then 2 smaller oval pockets within each of the first pockets.  Is there a way to select all and make the tool path mill inside the selection.  This is slow going clicking one at a time.  I have a very powerful laptop and I am going faster than it can.

Let me introduce you to a powerful tool, CAM Patterns. Program up one of the pockets in it's entirety and dump all the toolpaths into a Pattern Folder. You can have it set to Linear Pattern and you specify the X and Y increment as well as repeat count, or set it to Duplication and just select a common point in all the pockets.

Of course, this depends on all you features being the same.

And yes, selection gets really crappy when you have more than a few dozen entities.

And if you prefer a visual demonstration, consider this Screencast (no audio)

Thank you so much!  That was a perfect solution to my issue!  Thankfully all the pockets were evenly spaced across the X and Y axis.
