Scallop Toolpath Problem

I am running some parts on a Haas VF2SS.  My setups are correct (I've checked 10+ times), the offsets are correct, tools are touched off, toolsetter is calibrated etc...

The Adaptive, Pocketing, Horizontal ops all run fine.  But when it comes to the scallop, it runs but doesn't make contact with the part.  There is POSITIVE stock to leave on all roughing ops and in process stock generation shows what I would expect for ALL toolpaths INCLUDING scallop.  But it makes not contact when we actually try to cut it.

The measurements on the part taken with calipers prior to the scallop toolpath ARE what would be expected so I don't believe any of the previous toolpaths are overcutting.

Any ideas????   I'm really at a loss.  Been using HSM via Inventor and now Fusion360 for 5 years.  Have not had this issue before.

Thanks!!!

Things to check:
1) Is the correct model body (and only the model body) selected in the Setup?

2) Do you have any Model selection in the toolpath?

3) Are you calling out the correct tool length offset?

Can you share your file? File  > Export > Save to local folder, return to thread and attach the .f3d file in your reply

Yes to all.

The CAM is templated. We don’t make adjustments other than new setups. Correct component/body is selected.

I reposted and re-ran it again. And it worked this time.

I didn’t change anything. I wonder if there’s a post error or bug? In 5 years this one is new to me.
