Hello , I have 3 questions on the rotary toolpath . The first is on the final pass it leaves a step , how do I eliminate it or is their a way to do a 2d finishing pass on the wall with a rotary axis . lastly on the second groove on the part I would like to do it in multiple steps or spiral down so the tool doesn't plunge into the material .

Hi.  I added a spiraling Swarf - that may get you where you want to go.

In that WCS orientation, Swarf would be a great solution. There is a small hack you can do with 2D Contour and a sketch line, but it would require that you set your WCS as if this part was in a 4 axis machine, with the Z perpendicular to the axis of the part
