Retract height for engraving inside a pocket - File attached

As you can see I'm engraving inside this pocket but every time the tool moves it retracts to safe height. I've messed with all the heights tab settings but just can't find the correct combination. I've been doing my projects like this for a while because I didn't want to risk a crash but I think it's time I learned the correct way. Thank you for the help.

You use top height set to next to nothing above the selected toolpath and retract height set to top height with the amount of retracting you want it to do.

This is all model-dependent and you have to make sure all this is safe to do to start with and clearances hight is correct otherwise stuff will get broken, example attached.
