Rest rough from STL file not working

I had a look through some old posts and there were comments about it being removed and then reinstated, thanks to @Anonymous

I follow the NYC CNC procedure but the rest rough operation ignores the "from file" STL and results in just a normal roughing operation without consideration to the STL.

Is anyone else experiencing this?

It is still there did you have the stock turned on when you ran the sim to get the stock model

Yes  I sure did. I went through all the operations and regenerated them and still no luck
