Rest Machining for cutting op

So I've worked around this enough that I'm annoyed. I'm running a cnc plasma and I'm running into a part where I need different operations with different lead in's and different kerf offsets. However if I select the face contour for the second op there is no rest machining (like in milling or setup) or a way to ignore op1 cuts. Normally i just select the contours individualy .

Theres no need for a 2nd setup folder unless you are changing how the part sits. All those paths can be inside one setup per orientation.

That was me just "playing around" to see if I separated the operations into two setups. 2nd setup being from previous model if I could ignore the whisper/double cut... I need the 2 operations so the lead in gets rid of the pierce hole when possible. and the second op for when the hole to small for lead in.

Sounds like you're using Face Contours to select everything instead of just the ones you want to cut with each operation. There is no magic button / rest machining AFAIK, so selecting the contours manually is the way to go.

Would you be able to share your Fusion file here?
File > Export > Save to local folder, return to thread and attach the .f3d/.f3z file in your reply.

Yes that's what I'm doing and that's what I normally do just this file has a-lot of contours so I was trying to save time. I used sheetcam before and I could kind of do that, I've moved to fusion to write a personalized post and for milling n lathe work.
