Reduce recovery interval below 5min - Fusion

How can I reduce the recovery file save interval to less than 5 minutes? This latest update is wildly unstable and I'm not able to work for more than 5 minutes without a crash. It would be great reduce this interval so I'm not losing so much work.

It's right there in Preferences > General:

[cahustonFPZWB]

Have you tried setting it less than 5?
It rounds up to 5 and doesn't allow the arrows to select a lower number. 

Are you having a different experience on your version?

No, I've never adjusted it because the software is perfectly stable for me.
