Hi I would drill the ends out then ramp down with 2d contour and an endmill.

 

Looking at that part you would need a longer than standard endmill, it will also depend on the material.

 

Best to use a relieved shank cutter like

Then countour 2d

Hi

 

I cant really tell much about what's going on from just a picture. the Fusion File would be more helpful 

 

You probably just need to select the contour you want to machine and turn on ramping in the Linking tab

Is this the 3rd time your posting the same issue? I answered you in the last one. Your depths are too shallow to include the feature in your toolpath.
