Random code on the Chamfer

I have a 24" steel disc that I am using as a trencher to roll a trench in the earth. It was a rainy day project. Attached is a CAD of the disc. I have a clean hole in the center as a reference and I cut an edge on the disc in 4 operations. Shown is one operation to cut over 180 degrees on a side. I noticed that on the chamfer, there are semi random bumps. See the CAD. The CAD is a simple circle that was extruded and chamfered. Does anyone know why the chamfer has  those bumps and would explain it to the rest of us?

Hi

The issue is with the additional allowance being too large.

it should only be -0.0002 ish not -0.2

the easiest way to do this is to enter - tolerance into the field:
