Radial milling along z axis on a Haas lathe with live tooling

Hey guys,

I'm trying to mill a helical slot along a shaft in the Z axis of a shaft.

I can get the simulation to show it working, but the post fails every time I  

post it. Any insight would be helpful. A pic of the part has been included.

What is the error when the post fails? you give almost no information for anyone to help you.
