It actually looks like it's basing that warning off your position on the WCS. If we set our Clearance and Retract to .750" (which puts it above the Origin) the warning goes away. This is clearly a bug, I think I've seen this before and logged it. I'll take a look in our system and see if it's actually logged. If not, I'll create a task.
