"No configurations are available" when trying to select a cloud post processor

I am trying to post a rotary toolpath program for a fadal with an 88hs controller and a vh65 4th axis rotary table. I've looked at some forums describing how to setup a post library to be compatible for 4/5 axis toolpaths. I downloaded the fadal post library available on the autodesk website and verified that it contained the code to post 4th axis toolpaths. I uploaded the library to my cloud and in the correct location (Libraries -> Assets - > CAMPosts). However, when I go to post a rotary toolpath and choose the option "Use Cloud Libraries" in the drop-down menu, I am unable to choose the fadal post library file. I have already enabled the option "Enable cloud libraries" in preferences, but the drop-down menu for post configurations is still blurred out, stating "No configurations are available". I have looked at numerous forums, nearly all from 2017, but have been unsuccessful in remedying this issue. 

If it is at all useful, I use CIMCO Edit 8 to send g-codes directly to the machine via RS-232

You have added the extension .NC to the end of you post name. You need to leave it as just *.cps.
