"Nest in Manufacture" Preview? Not accessible?

In the December 2020 Product Update announcement, I see that Nest in Manufacture is now in preview:

However, in my Preferences, I do not see the option to select this:

I have a Personal license and realize some features are only available by subscription.  Indeed, in the December 2020 Update announcement, many of those features are identified as such -- but not the Nest feature, so I assume there is another switch I need to flip somewhere to make this accessible to me?  I searched, and found the following, which suggests I should be able to activate this feature:

Nesting does have the Extension icon tied to it in the Preview, so I'm guessing that it's limited to Commercial, Student or Startup licenses:

We DO have the Arrange workflow, I think that's available for all account types.

@seth.madore , in that same December 2020 Product Update, it says "* Note that the Arrange tool is only available in Student, Start-up, and paid subscriptions. "  Indeed, I don't see the menu options under Modify with my license (actually identifies them as "subscription" features as expected).  Either (or both!) of these features (Nesting and Arrange) would be incredibly useful to me.  I thought perhaps the issue with Nest was that you need to be on a Beta team to access...  could it be that is the issue?  Perhaps that is just wishful thinking.  If I was deriving revenue from F360, I would have no issue subscribing.. but the cost is steep for just a hobby.

Thanks for reaching out. Nesting Extension Preview and Arrange are not available with a Personal license. Currently, there’s no way to trial a paid subscription with your Personal license account. You can create a new account to trial the capabilities of a paid subscription. Please note that since this requires a new account, you will not have easy access to all your data from the Personal account.
