im not sure where to put the bend line ill attach the file

Why do you need the bend lines for, creating a flat pattern is what does it for you in fusion automatically.

You need to use Flat Pattern not unfold.

Your file's attached, just enable the flat pattern in the browser.

Thanks for that. but now i want to export it as a DXF and there is an option for that but i want to project the rest of the geometry but it wont do both the flat pattern and the projected sketch at the same time

I don't understand, what else do you want to export? When I use Export DXF from the flat pattern workspace and open in Rhino I get this, what else do you need?
