Project tool path

I am trying to project a tool path onto the surface of a fixture. I created curves and just want to have my tool follow the curve. Every time I try to select the chain it gives me a chain for each segment of the curve! How do I select the whole chain as one..

Did you try the following: click on the first segment. Click on it again. This will give you the ability to add segments to the first one. You will also get a small box showing open or closed contour. When you have selected them all, click the + symbol to accept

Using the Project op there's no need to project the curve to the surfaces first.

Select the flat curve and use Axial Offset to make it cut into the surfaces.

I was trying to select the edge curve I projected onto the body! So simple !!!!
