problem generating gcode

there are four cuts in a circle surrounding the eagle under the letters i have tried to fix the issue many ways but have had no luck. i have been able to get three of them to cut left and top right and another attempt right and top left.  so i know its not a problem with spacing or the kerf width.  any tips or solutions would be greatly appreciated i have had problems posting my work here before i hope there are no issues however i have attempted to attach the files below.

The problem is Fusion's not finding a place to start on that pocket. If I reduce the lead in length to 0.05 it works.

I you can't use 0.05 as a lead I guess you'll have to just cut the missing pocket on it's own in another OP and manually set a start point. You might be able to do it all in one OP if you set start point for all the pockets but that would take quite a while to set up and I'm not sure it would work.
