Printing Issue With Setup Sheets

I posted this in one of the other forums as well, but since this issue only occurs in the Manufacture workbench I figured maybe I should post it here, too. If this isn't the right place, Mods please feel free to tell me what the appropriate thing to do is, thanks!

It seems like there have been some oversights with some of the Fusion updates regarding printing documentation, specifically setup sheets. First a change was made that made it impossible to collapse Tools/Setup/Etc. when printing setup sheets, this never used to be an issue and worked as expected until around December of 2025. I made a topic about that specific issue which was never resolved, not the end of the world, just a waste of paper which luckily isn't particularly expensive. Now I'm noticing a new behavior which ends up completely filling the rest of the last page with ink when I print a setup sheet. This is not a one-time occurrence, it happens every time I print a setup sheet. Attached is a screenshot of what ends up printing, this issue is definitely wasting lots of ink for absolutely no reason. This never used to happen.

As always, any and all help is greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Art

Hello, @Art5 , thank you for reporting the issue.
Gut feels, it can be related to dark theme. Because in light one, Fusion draws light grey box at the bottom of the page.
But anyway, it is online setup sheets, and you can open them in web view. It looks like web version is more stable and does not have such kind of issues:

Hi @lauri_barnhart.

I did not accept viacheslav.shapilov's response as a solution because the response was confusing (some kind of language barrier/translation issue?) and the reply seems to be more of a work around than an attempt to actually address and solve the root of the problem. The idea that it might be related to theme which I think might be what they are suggesting, is likely inaccurate because I've had the same theme for a long time but only very recently started experiencing this issue. Further indications that this isn't the root of the issue are in their own reply where they say that there is still a light grey box at the bottom of the page, which actually suggests that the exact same issue is occurring. I'm not sure what they mean by, "But anyway, it is online setup sheets, and you can open them in web view." This sounds like some kind of workaround as opposed to an actual solution. I'm not sure how that reply got accepted as a solution in the first place, because I certainly didn't accept it as a solution, because it doesn't solve the actual problem.

Thank you for your attention to this issue,

Hi, @Art5 . Sorry, if I was not clear enough.

There is definitely a bug in Fusion, that need to be fixed. And we are working on it. But it will take time before the fix become available for you.
My proposed workaround, that should work right now, is to open generated setup sheet using Fusion cloud web view. It works correctly.
To do this, you need to generate setup sheet first, than locate file in Data Panel (on the left), and open it by clicking "view details on Web". You should see the same setup sheet but in your browser, rather than in Fusion. And print it from there.

Thanks!
