Potential Collision Detected NGC alarms

Hello, I am wondering whether me post of my mill is going haywire. When I created a Swarf toolpath I will get no alarms on Fusions side, and when I run the graphics on my UMC-500 I have no alarms either. When I start the program the tool will do 2 spirals before halting with an error message " 9108 Potential Collision Detected". I've already turned off setting 408 (exclude tool from safe zone) to no differing results.

What I don't under stand is the fact that I've ran a rotation tool path right before this, and the tool cuts .200 closer to the jaws. When the Swarf path alarms out the tool much be .750-1.0 away from the exit of the rotation tool path.

 Do you have any MZRP safe zones set?

Yes MRZP has been set.

378: -10.0000 (X)

379: -9.0157 (Y)

380: -19.9212 (Z)

When the alarm is triggered the tool is at these positions.

X: -17.0836

Y: -7.9649

Z: -13.0021

B: 89.905

C: -67.866

You wouldn't happen to have safe run on the NGC active? I get a lot of false positives with it enabled on on my mills.

I don't believe so. How would I check?

What I've been able to do in the mean time though is raise my "Z" 1 inch, and the program ran perfectly fine. What bothers me though is the this inconsistency between graphics/simulation and the machine itself. It pains me to get an hour into a program for it to alarm on the last couple tool paths.

I'm assuming it's not turned on because if it was on you'd have a big green "Safe Run" text inside the memory/MDI panel:

With the memory/MDI panel active (you'd know it's active if the text box has a white background as shown in screenshot, not grey background) pressing the F3 key enables/disables Safe Run.

Ah I see.

Nope safe run is not active.

Something tells me the safe zones are not correctly set up. Something about a completely rounded number (-10.0000) doesn't sit right. Have you had this alarm on your HAAS?

I haven't touched safe zones at all on my machines so I don't think I can help much. Sorry.
