Posts not using your selections?

Hello all, im having issues with a couple posts. and i think its something im doing on my end because it used to not be like this and its same issue on few posts.

Basically when i select "preserve rapid movement in  toolpaths and post screen, it still posts with high feeds on haas posts. 

when i select no rotary in the dmg CMX post it still posts with B0. C0.

so its like its not listening to my selections.

For Haas post there is a global property to control the rapid moves or high feed move 

I can understand its a redundant property. but now it became a feature

I still dont know why the CMX post posts with C0. when i have the rotary selections off.
