posts not showing correct date in windows

Not sure if this would be F360 related, or if this is windows related, but when i post out my programs on F360 lately, the files are labeled as date modified of like November 2007. 

this just started about a week ago probably. ive just been so busy i have just ignored it. now its starting to bug me a bit. any clue why this would be happening? 

im not even really sure where to begin searching for a cause?
