Postprocessor 3D printing

I have used Fusion 360 and Postprocessor for Anet A8 for years with very little trouble. With new 3D printer Flash Forge Adventurer 4 it is trouble. When filament should go out it goes in. Motor runs wrong direction. Same component is used for both tests. What is wrong.

this is strange.

I don't really see a reason for this behavior, can you share the gcode generated by Fusion?

Looking at the code, I may find a cause.

I looked at the file, and i did not see anything shocking.

The E value seems to be correct. There is some few value negative, But it's always E-0.5, the small retract before a skim moves.

So, nothing strange.

But you can try by switching to absolute filament mode by unchecking a switch in the post properties:

Can you try to generate a gcode in absolute mode and test on the printer, please?

Works well when unchecking relative extrusions mode.

Hi @fjellang ,

So that we can also get relative extrusion working for the Flashforge printers in the future, could you please assist use with testing the following gcode file.
The ONLY change that has been made form your original file that you uploaded here, is that the 'M83' command has been placed after the 'G90' command:

 

This is because we believe the G90 command was overwriting the M83.

I attach this edited gcode file to this message.
