What is the post processor? If it's not a generic one from the library, can you share it here?

Well, considering I posted half a dozen programs yesterday for my own machines, I'm inclined to disagree slightly..

Can you share a file? What post ARE you trying to use?

I save my files on a USB drive. After last Update when I try to post the program and save to USB drive it wont allow me to connect with the drive. Goes blank. Everything worked fine yesterday but today there was some small update and after that I can not post anything, it don't  matter which post I use.

Thanks,

Mac or PC? Windows 10, 8, 7?
Is the USB on a network, or is it attached right to the computer you're posting from?
I too save all my initial code to a USB and then transfer it to the machine. While I did make several programs yesterday, I had saved them to my computer. Trying it now, I can replicate your results.
I did find a workaround though; create an NC Program and post THAT out, it will fire correctly

Its a window PC. I can save the file to my PC but not the SD or USB card. Something is up.

Right click on the Setup you want to post. Click "Create NC Program". Select the post you wish to use and the destination, click "Post". Goes to USB

Same issue here.

Not sure if you could reproduce @seth.madore but we do have this issue, and it's highly annoying.

Which issue? Posts not showing up, or Root Drive on removable drives not being posted to?

I think I'm having the same issue. When press Post with my output folder set to my USB Drive (F in this case), nothing happens. However if I set it to desktop, then I can name the post and then navigate back to any folder then save it. Pretty annoying to do it this way, adds several steps just to save.

I'm using a laptop, I physically moved the usb drive to a different port but it still shows up as F. So I'm unable to test if its just this port

If you create a sub folder in that removable drive, you can then post to it.

I am having the same exact issue. I used to be able to post directly to root folder of a USB drive and now the post window just goes away without doing anything. If saved to a folder, it works but adds another step on the machine. Highly annoying when you go between post and machine often, such as changing offsets and taking multiple test cuts. By the way, this issue does not only affect removable drives, nothing happens also when you try to post to C: drive directly.

What's funny is that just this morning I was running a job where I have to go between Fusion 360 and the controller multiple times, changing offsets and taking test cuts (we're talking about 20-30 times per part) on a part that cannot be scrapped or easily reproduced. I was able to quickly send the file to root folder on a USB stick and open it on the controller with one button press. After last update, now I have to navigate to a subfolder each time.
