Post Processing Failure

I am working on learning threading.  So far it's been a failure.  Most likely it's something I'm doing but I've run up against a wall and don't know what the problem is so I can't fix it.  I've created three different tools and modified my model several times trying to get it to work.  No luck.  Any help is appreciated.  I am using Mach3 Turn along with the most recent postprocessor.

Here is a copy of the log file.  It means nothing to me.  I also attached my Fusion file.

OK, is this what you want?

Your 2 main issues are your stock was not set correctly to the correct size, I used the Stock Solid option and used the Model as shown below, second issue is that for your layout you need to have the Turret setting at your tool at 0, not 1 as you had it, works fine from what I can see, if it does need any fine tuning for speeds/feeds etc, etc, etc

If yes then see the attached .nc file, generated using the basic Mach3 Turning PP, and also attached Fusion f3d file.

Thanks for your help.  Using your f3d file I am now able to generate code.  However, the code generated does not include feedrates for Z.  I've filled in the thread depth and pitch under the passes tab, as well as other data.  The program stops at the first F0.0 line of code.  I did edit the file and set the X axis feed to F0.050 and it completed running the file.  So why isn't Fusion posting X axis feedrates?

Just realized the Passes tab relates to the Z axis feed, not X.  But the main question still is why are feedrates for X not  being generated in postprocessing?

My apologies, the file was produced in a Free Personal version of Fusion and it does not output Rapid moves but it should be showing the same cutting feedrate for the rapid moves for the X out from the stock and the Z return to the start, don`t know why it isn`t doing that, will look into that later, apologies again !!

The F0.0 is a bug that has been logged. When they made the changes to the Personal Entitlement, there was one area that's overlooked; lathe threading. The cycle doesn't output a feedrate, other than the pitch, so....something needs to be fixed on our end. Sorry for the inconvenience!

Thanks guys.  I inserted X axis feedrates and the file worked flawlessly.  Hopefully Autodesk fixes the feedrate issue soon.  Wasn't significant for the small file i was using but it could be an issue with larger files.  Anyway, Thanks again.
