Post Process with VS Code

I always get a failure when I post in VSC.  See photo

On page 2-32 of the Autodesk CAM post processor guide  under the Post Executable Location I do not see a "username" in that file string.  Is that an issue?

I always see my posted file in the "Custom" location when posting with "Download CNC exporting post processor"  but  the G code will not come open even after hitting "refresh".

I have the Post Processor Training Guide and have watched the Youtube videos from NYC CNC.

I am still missing something??    Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Does it work with any other post processor and/or pre-installed machining processes?

Hi @piercecharlie,

Please try to input %localappdata%\Autodesk instead of C:\User\username\AppData\Local\Autodesk

or copy the link to your Installed post library from Post Process dialog and cut it up to CAM360
