Pocket Contour Warning: No Pass to Link

This seems to be an issue I run into a lot.  I've created a pocket and want to create a 2D Pocket contour.  The pocket is 1/4" wide and 3/8" deep.  I've selected a 1/8" x 3/4" (flute length) flat end mill.  Still, I get the dreaded "No Pass to Link" error.

I'd think a 1/8" dia. bit should cut this fine.  Thoughts?

Ya, it should cut for sure, but hard to say what is preventing it from happening without the file.  Sometimes it's one little thing the blocks everything, can't say without seeing it unfortunately 😞

If I had to wager, I'd suspect that it's the Helix setting. Chances are that it's swinging a larger arc than what can fit in there.

But, like @DarthBane55 suggested, if you can share the file, that'd be best, as it gives us everything we need to know.
