so im running some code that I created in fusion. my cnc router is an open builds lead 1515 that im running easel on. everything has always worked great until this file. im starting to get some really strange plunge problems. im going to upload my file here so maybe someone can help,  and then jump over to both open builds and easel to see if anyone can help. thanks a ton in advance

The file seems to simulate just fine. So can you explain a bit more what the "plunge problems" are that you are seeing?

hey there, thanks for the quick response. I was cutting out one of my panels and out of nowhere the z axis dropped to a pass of over .3, stopping the machine. It could have been an even deeper pass as thats just where the machine stopped. I babysit my machine so it wasn't a big issue, I just want to see what I have to do in my software or hardware before trying again. im glad to see it's not in my code. that means ive removed one potential source of the issue. thanks again    JC

so I was over on the open builds forum and apparently the .nc file is having the file drop more than the depth of the stock (.71).  the guy I was communicating said something along these lines...now I dont really know enough to understand whats under the hood in the .nc files but he seems to be saying that this is dropping way deeper on the z axis than it should be. when I viewed the simulation it didn't appear to be making a pass deeper than .125.   any ideas as to why this is happening? thanks a bunch. JC

lets just say that if one doesn't tighten a bit all the way then you can imagine quite a bit of issues. sorry...
