I have a what I thought was a simple picture frame (see attached .stl that I created in fusion that I want to injection mold on a morgan press. I have machined at least two mold designs and I can't seem to get the part to fill. Can anyone tell me what would be the best runner design for this part. If possible can you sketch it out. Right now I have a 0.25 inch round runner beginning in center and running to the left and right. The morgan press opens vertically only and the material I am using is ABS. Please help.
