Plasma sequence problem

I seem to have a new problem with the latest release and Plasma.

When I cut the below parts it will cut the first hole then cut all outer profiles then cut the rest of the holes. Previously it would cut a hole then outer then hole then outer etc.

I have taken a screen capture video of the sequence, it is here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=moZpu51_Rrg

I have also attached the file in question.

Thanks for any help.

There seems to be more issues with plasma. I tried an old file I had, ran through the simulation with the old file generation and it was fine. I then told it to generate the toolpath again and I get this error.

Is there any way to revert to a previous release of fusion?

Just a matter of selection and using the "Preserve Order" option, works fine, looks like you used a "box" selection 🙂 🙂 🙂

Can you upload one of your old files that has the "Failed to generate passes" error ??

Where is the "preserve order" option? Had a look and can't seem to find it.  I do notice in your file it cuts outer first then inner which is the wrong way round however when I deleted your geometry selection and chose again it is doing it correctly.

If by using "box " selection you mean clicking the face of each part, that is what I normally do and it always worked and now again works in your file when I reselect the geometry, so looks like it must be the "preserve order" option that is changing things,

Regarding the old file, it is attached.

Just found the issue in the generating of the old file. I pressed the wee blue bug in the error report and it gave more information which mentioned sharp corners. I changed that option to roll around corners and it now generates. Whether that would be suitable in real life I won't know until I do a part with that option chosen but why I now need to chose that when previously I had the sharp corners option, I don't know.

I have found the preserve order option, too early in the day for me 😄

It is strange that I have never needed that previously, I use a template so I know for sure I have never had that option chosen.

Anyway as long as I now know how to fix that particular issue all is good, I will now save my template with it chosen.

Thanks for the help.
