Hello everybody,

I would like to machine a 30° overhanging piece. I can't find a solution on fusion to bring my tool on the underpart of my surface. I'll achive the work with a 6axis robot

Is some one know what type of fusion tool use to get a sucessfull toolpath ?

Thank you

Paul

u cant do 3d machining undercut in fusion, u can do it with a 3+1 or 3+2 setup to tilt the tool and then apply a 3d operation. even on simultaneous 5 axis or within any 3d operation with multi axis tilt enabled the max u can get its the software to tilt the tool to dont collide shaft or holder into the part and still not machining undercut surfaces.

u can do this really easy on fusion just indexing
