OUTSIDE FILET 2 D CONTOUR and Tool path overlap indent

I am unable to correct tool path to cut outside fillet as noted upright sec1. if possible please offer suggestion to correct tool path

Upright sec2 is a tool path to cut piece longer than  machine table so I slide piece to fit table length and tool path over laps  previous path in section 1.. This creates 3 separate tool path overlaps, so 3 indents at overlap location as opposed to 1 smooth edge.

Is there a way to smooth the overlap indents in 2d contour? I had thought lead in and out plus  lead in sweep angle

would blend the 2 tool paths. Any suggestions?

Thank you

mill a straight edge on your table and use that as a reference to slide your part against. I usually use a 2-4* sweep for the overlap sections and your cant tell by eye and barely feel it by hand.

Hi,
Thanks for reply. Just so I am understanding. After milling straight edge , set sweep angle 2-4 degrees . No need for extending finish overlap on passes? Also .03125 linear lead in distance on link tab is ok

Thank you

I dont know what your setup is so I cannot say anything for sure. Just try to have one pass lead in where the previous one lead out with a very shallow angle.
