Have paid for subscription to Fusion 360 having used a free trial, now when I post process a part I do not get a readable out put. Help Fusion is now of no use to me - what do I do?

Hi @Anonymous ,

What output do you get? Have you populated the NC program pop up menu correctly?

Hi Paulo,

Thanks for interest.

My problem is when I export a File to Mach3 it comes out as Notepad file rather than a Brackets file, I think I clicked something while setting up my subscrption and am at a loss as to what next.

Regerds

Brackets is no longer the default editor for Fusion. There were issues with the Mac side of things, so we have defaulted to the system preferred text editors of the respective operating systems.

However, Brackets is still available as a separate download from it's creator

What you are getting from Notepad is still quite valid code 🙂

Hi,Thanks for your reply. I have two problems, one Fusion360 wordpad output is not recognised by Mach3 on my router, when I try to load G code it finds nothing, previously the Brackets file loaded.Output to Cura, if I use the 3dprint command in Fusion it works if I save file to removable drive - The printer works, but if I save to file then copy to removable drive it does not work.I am at a loss what to do next.
