I am getting an output feedrate of 25.591 in/min. I did not enter this value so I don't know where it is coming from. No matter what I change the feedrates too, I cannot get it to change on the output NC file.

Hi

Have you check the finishing feed rate in the passes tab?

Another possibility is that you have inadvertently changed something in the output file in VS code and it keeps showing you the modified version.

Try closing VS code and posting again to make sure you are looking at the latest file

Yes, the issue is that the speed in between cuts is too slow. When the machine is moving to start toolpaths.

Ahh yes I see

Is this for all toolpaths?

It seems you may have set the high feedrate setting in the post window?

check the highlighted settings

You might have it set to preserve single axis movement?

If its a Haas post this could be dues to the Dogleg rapids and you just need to sett the high feedrate to the maximum programmed feedrate for your machine
