Hi,
I'm pretty new to CAM, hopefully this is an easy to solve rookie issue. I have a mystery offset being applied to my toolpaths (every toolpath in this part). Just a little more stock is being taken off than I am indicating with my geometry selections. Stock to leave, smoothing, and minimum cutting radius all affect the offset, but even turning them all to 0 leaves me this odd artifact. The picture below has all of these settings set to zero. Cutter compensation is set to "in computer". Look at the foreground green stuck being machined just past the part boundary. The background large green block is the other half of the part machined symmetrically in the next toolpath.
Does anyone know a setting I might be forgetting to change?
