Od roughing profile failed to generate profile

Hi all,

I can't seem to get the OD roughing on this part to generate. It's a process that I do all the time but this one has got me stumped. I've redrawn the whole part again and still the same problem.

Any help would me much appreciated.

It generates immediately for me

Have you tried restarting Fusion/your PC

One of the errors is :

Error: Failed to write Job File.

It's possible a restart will help.

If not the you can try running the repair utility

Go to Add/remove programs(assuming windows) and click modify

Then click repair fusion.

Hi, thanks for the advice,

I actually ended up reinstalling Fusion but no luck.

However, when i flip the z axis in the setup it works fine from the opposite end. Still can't work out why it won't work on the counterbored end though on my system.

Hmm. I'm also seeing the toolpath generate properly, both with and without the new Spun Profile enabled. Can you check to see which one you're using? It's in Preferences > Optional Features:

Hi,

It was enabled in preferences. But when I disable it, it generates fine but only allows the front fillet to be machined. 

When I create another simple turning process in a new model it works fine. It just seems to be this model I'm having trouble with.

Hi Guys,

Sorry for the hassle. For whatever reason I removed the roughing profile are started again and it works fine.
