Now can't program to mill 0.8 mm hole with a 1/32 end mill in 2D contour

I've encountered a problem that I cannot program to mill 0.8 mm hole/slot with a 1/32 end mill (0.79 mm).

This spring it worked  - I selected the inner corners and it showed milling a hole/slot with one pass. Now its gone and I can't do this. All the settings are the same as they were in Spring this year. I don't want to create new tool path just want to use a 2Dcontour as I use it for cutting complex photoetched like models

If it is a particular toolpath that used to work and now it doesn't, you should post here a sample file or send it to Autodesk via a support ticket.

This is a known (and logged) issue, and I think we've fixed it internally. For now, you'll have to define an entry point.

However, I would point out that 2D Bore (or Circular) is always going to be a better choice for hole milling.
