No duplicate NC Programs and Operation Names?

I used to name my NC programs in the browser tree the same name as the associated setup. But now it won't let me. It always adds an (1) or (2) to the end. Same thing happens if I name 2 different operations in different setups. I don't know when this changed, but is there a way to change it back?

Same here. If I re-name it 2-3 times, it'll finally accept my change without a number attached
