Hi @michaelKRG4P

So sorry this is happening. Additional information will be really helpful in diagnosing this issue! Can you please send a screenshot of the “About” info accessible through the ? icon in the upper right hand corner of Fusion? Also attaching the logs (I think you create them in the same menu) can’t hurt.

What is the series of commands leading up to the crash? Are you accessing the library from the toolbar, from the operation – or same behavior in both places?

Sharing with development so they are aware and can take a look tomorrow, but the above info will help them out.

Hi Martha

The sequence was always the same, in manufacturing we would create a tool path and then on the 2nd toolpath when selecting the tool from the cloud tool library, fusion would crash.  The "old" library never did this and was working fine until a couple of days ago.

We are mostly accessing the library from the operation, but it does have the same behavior from the toolbar.

We reset Fusion through the Service Utility Menu and it worked for a short while but is now crashing again.

I've attached the logs and the "about" screen FYI.

Look forward to hearing back from you soon.

@michael  I have asked a developer to look into this so they should reach out with more questions.

In the meantime from a workflow POV can I ask if this happens when using Cloud/Local or both?

Also, are the cloud library tools in .json format?

And finally are you using subfolders?

Please feel free to reach out privately with this info.

Thanks

Hi @michael ,

I've looked into the crash reports from your email address, and it looks like an issue we've seen before with old graphics drivers. Please try updating your driver to the latest version (link), and let us know if the issue persists, thanks.
