new computor issue

I was foreced to get a new lap top due to a screen failure, after bring F360 up and heading to the Manufactor tab I find my local tool inventory is missing and so is the post processer. I went back to the old laptop using a remote screen the tools ar ethere in the prefferencec the share with cloud box is checked but no luck?  seems the old machine is stuck in some kind of update ( now over 24 hours)

do I have to reload the post processor on to the new lap top?  Can I copy the tool list to a thumb drive and import it? I am stuck,, Thanks Bo

Can you copy the files to your cloud assets folder on your old laptop? Your local files are just that and are not available to other installs so you need to copy them to the cloud. You have 2 options for this, the easiest is in Fusion. 

For the tool libraries this is not as easy as it could be as you can't just copy the library, you have to create a new library on the cloud first then select all the tools in the old local library, copy then past to the cloud library.

Post processor is similar open the the post library and copy then paste to the cloud library.
