Nesting is flipping parts

I have a sheet which is 400x400mm and I am using a laser engraver. One side of the sheet has very nice face and other is bad looking with deep scratches etc. . I am making a nesting with Fusion 360 but nesting automatically flips my sheet metal parts. If I would use that file with engraving, some parts would look nice but other bad because their front would be actually back side of the sheet. How can I prevent that flipping?
