Nesting: Changing default packaging sizes and nesting positioning settings

The default package size is 39.3701" x 19.685" x 0.019685", but I can't find a way to change that.  We use the same size stock material and nesting positioning like frame width and item separation for everything, so if we could change the default values, that would save a decent amount of time.

If anyone has figured out how to do this, even if you have to go manually edit it in a file, I would love to know how.
