Need helping with setup for second side machining an arrangement

Good morning, I'm needing some assistance with machine setup for millling the second side of arrangement. I've successfully milled side one, which was set an X0-Y0. Side two looks crazy for whatever reason.

There's a sketch in the attached file show part location for the second side, as well as dowel holes for alignment. Toolpaths all see to be correct, but when I post, my part is back at X0-Y0, not at the location I've specified. I'm sure it's something small that I've missed, but I can't for the life of me figure out what it is.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Based off a quick glance it looks fine to me. Are you just confused by how the gcode looks?

When I post the code and preview it in WinCNC, side two is back at X0-Y0, not where it's actually showing in the Fusion preview. Screenshot 2025-08-26 111536.png

I need the center of the bottom left dowel hole at the X-Y coordinates specified in this screenshot.

Your code has nothing to do with the machine position, you may want to look into how G54 and work offsets actually work.

your datum would have to be chosen as something like this if thats what your trying to do.

I'm familiar with G54, but didn't realize this was required to be manually adjusted in code and not set in machine setup as is shown in the previous screenshot I posted.

It shows perfectly fine in these screenshots.

Yeah, that shows exactly what it should be. Youre confusing WCS and MCS locations on this one. Nothing is "manually adjusted in code"
