Need help with tool path

Im trying to machine the slot in some profiled plates which are attached to a jig. Attached is the file which has 3 differant attempts at it but none work well. Does anyone have any ideas ?

To confirm; the parts ARE sitting at an angle, right? I'd just use 2D/3D Adaptive to rough them out and a couple 2D Contour passes to finish them off.

yes the parts are sat at an angle. The trouble is the first cuts dends to be in fresh air.
