Need help with machining strategy/toolpath.

This forum has helped me so much in the past. I really appreciate the guidance! This is a simple part, and all I want to do is machine the eight half rounds, and the small fillets. I plan on using a 1/4 ball mill. I understand that all the fillets will probably not be machined fully because of the part orientation, and I'm fine with that. I'll hand finish the cusps and incomplete parts. I just can't seem to figure out which machining features to use. Here is the area of interest.

Thank You!

If it has to be machined in the orientation shown then you could try the Blend toolpath found under the 3D Toolpaths, what I have shown is only the groove with both sides done with the Blend, sorry I don`t have more time to go into it in more depth but it may point you towards an easy method. Flow should also work. Just do the one toolpath and then use the Toolpath Pattern facility to do the rest of them, anyway have a look at the images below and the attached file. You could also use the Blend to do the top fillets, a small stepover woud leave you less to hand finish. Hope it helps 🙂 🙂
