need help - simulation for plasma cutting

I try to simulate a sketch for plasma cutting. i  tought i made all is required but cannot make simulation. Thanks

Could you export and share your file?
File > Export > Save to local folder, return to thread and attach the .f3d file in your reply

For some reason, your Kerf Width was set to 1". Go into your tool library and change this field:

new problem, try to post process, click post process button then click post and got a message telling "NC code failed to post"

I likely won't see your reply until morning, but..

What post processor are you using? It sounds like you might be using one that's not configured properly for a plasma cutter..

That's because you've set your WCS origin to the bottom of the part. It appears that this post processor (which isn't an Autodesk file, btw) does not like that. Set it to the top of the part

If that post processor is giving you proper code, I'd just adjust where I set my WCS and continue on
