I deal with extrusion profiles in my place of work. I need help with different tool paths, that would be perfect if the stock material were solid. I have the part attached and the tool paths. The adaptive is cutting where there is no stock at all.
I have added a new path in on setup 1 to rough the top of the extrusion away first, then i have modified the second tool path in setup 1 to try reduce fresh air cutting by creating a custom boundary in the design environment.
