Need Help Engraving

For some reason when I try and engrave the tool will only generate random little sections of the lettering. How should I set up the tool to engrave? Is there certain parameters for the tool I need to follow to ensure it engraves each letter fully? Using a spot drill as the engraver tool, Can't seem to fudge anything to get it to work. Im sure this is easy so thank you in advance!

It will probably be something to do with your selection method but it is always best to upload your file as that is the best way to find a solution.

Go to "File > Export and save as an f3d file to your PC" then you can upload it as an attachment to your next reply.

Try using a stick font rather than Ariel and a Trace or Contour operation instead. If you are going to use Engrave try extruding your text down. Your bottom tool width is larger than the features you are trying to engrave so Fusion cannot machine those features.

Yep. If you are indeed using a tool with a .05 flat, it ain't gonna fit in to a lot of the characters, as you have discovered
